Tenancy agreements
The charge for the tenancy agreement is shared between the landlord and the tenant. Prices below are for the landlord's portion only.

* This will include such services as dealing with disputes and insurance claims and court attendance.
Withdrawal
If a landlord withdraws a property, or lets it through another source, or the property sold whilst being marketed by Dorset Property, a cancellation fee of £200 + VAT (£240) will be charged to cover our marketing and administration costs.
Termination
In the event that the tenancy becomes periodic after a fixed term and the landlord wishes to terminate the contract with Dorset Property, the landlord must give Dorset Property of one month's notice of termination in writing and a termination fee of the equivalent of three months commission will be charged. This will be deducted from the last month's rent.
Property sale
In the event of a sale of a property to any person introduced to the owner by Dorset Property, a commission of the equivalent of 1% + VAT (1.2%) of the purchase price will be charged on completion. This will be the subject of a separate contract at the outset.
