DORSET LETTINGS, established in 1984, specialises only in the letting and management of good properties throughout Dorset, providing a complete and expert service for owners who need to either leave their home for an extended period or wish to let for whatever reason.

Our offices are situated so that each covers a manageable sector of the county and is able to give a very personal and careful service to both property owners and tenants in that area. Whilst under the umbrella of Dorset Lettings Group, each has the promotional advantages and support of a much larger company. All offices offer property in a wide range of rents from £300 to £3,000 per calendar month from flats to large country houses.

We are members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) requiring us to operate under the highest professional standards, with qualified staff in each office and with stringent rules regarding the handling of clients’ monies and tenants’ deposits.

Having also achieved the Investors in People standard in 2004, we are proud of and value our staff, many of whom have been with Dorset Lettings for many years. All undertake extensive training and regularly attend ARLA seminars to keep them fully up-to-date with new legislation and the many regulations to which the lettings industry is now subject.

Our stated aim, whilst acting in the very best interests of our landlords, is to achieve a balance between the wishes of landlords and tenants, so ensuring a long and smooth-running tenancy. To this end, we pay greatest attention to detail, provide a prompt and efficient response as required and indeed, a thoroughly professional approach to all aspects of this many faceted business.
